Lattafa Teriaq Reviews
Fragrantica - This a beautiful unique scent. It reminds me of honey and amaretto.
Fragrantica - this is unique it keeps changing between pepper, apricot, florals and vanilla leather. It is elegantly feminine and grown up, not sweet sweet. I thought it would be sweeter but I'm happy it's more floral... Wow, very unique. Edit: okay okay the dry down is honeyed and sweet.
Fragrantica - At the beginning I thought it's totally like JPG La Belle until I went to the drugstore to refresh my memory and test it. That was the moment that I realized that actually the DNA is very similar of both, but Teriaq is not its dupe. It's much better when it comes to the scent itself, it's more complex, it develops over the time on the skin and it has this arabic vibe somewhere...I've never got so many compliments on a perfume, it's a true crowd-pleaser! Whenever I spray it, I know that someone from my surroundings will say something :D My conclusion is that it's a great great scent, perfect for gourmand lovers
Fragrantica - I can pick up the caramel, honey, pink pepper, white florals, and musk in this perfume. To me, it smells divine-rich and elegant, with a touch of sharpness that might soften after letting it macerate for a few weeks. I love its refined vibe, evoking the essence of a strong, confident woman.
Fragrantica - This became heaven on my skin after about 20-30 minutes. The peppery leather and honey softened into a mysterious and deep, yet fluffy, velvety, musky blend of florals, ripened fruit and yes-leather, but not a freshly tanned hide, more like...a smooth and soft well worn suede. I'm in love with this one.
Fragrantica - This fragrance is lovely and beautiful. It's a kind of sweet scent that lures you in a subtle way... it's like having a crush on someone, that you love having them around but too shy to come close to... just the presence is lovely enough (if that makes any sense).
It's playful yet, not youthful nor too mature.
Fragrantica - I am loving this. Not too surprising when Quentin Bisch is responsible for two of my most favourite perfumes (Delina exclusif and la belle), but a collab with Lattafa was unexpected.
This definitely shares some similarities with La belle but it's not a dupe by any means, she stands on her own. It's extremely sweet, that caramel, honey, and vanilla standing at the forefront, swirling together with juicy tart fruits, some smokiness and leather. The complexity, especially at the price of it, is unbelievable. Absolutely stunning, and the longevity is insane, at least 14 hours, and even then it's still there close to the skin.
Fragrantica - Teriaq is so complex that I am bamboozled. I never imagined getting this quality with less than fifty bucks. It was a blind buy based on all those raves and I love it. I can't afford designer perfumes by Quentin Bisch, so thanks to Lattafa for making affordable fragrances with Bisch with great quality!
Fragrantica - Teriaq is a LOVE at first sniff for me. I was initially reluctant to blind buy this because of the reference to La Belle and Pink Sugar. Also, because of the leather note listed. However, after listening and reading various reviews, I opted to purchase it, and I am so glad I did. I do not get any of the perfumes that were mentioned above, thankfully, and the leather is quite tame in this fragrance.
So what do I get? On my skin, I get caramelised baked pear and apricot with honey and almond sprinkled on top. It has such a nice warm base and it's intoxicating. It is very feminine but not childish or girly. Another imagery that comes to mind when smelling Teriaq is of a freshly baked Almond Croissant. Teriaq is so delicious but remains quite grounded with the leather in the background. It is AMAZING!
