Refund & Return Policy
While we guarantee that your fragrance is authentic, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Because we hand decant each fragrance as we fill an order from the manufacturer's original bottle, all sales are typically final and we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges.

Pre-Shipment Order Cancellations
Cancellation Fee: Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 15% order cancellation & processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Discretionary Returns & Approved Exceptions

Due to strict hygiene, safety, and authenticity standards, opened or delivered fragrance decants cannot be resold or returned to stock. In rare instances where an exception or discretionary refund is granted:

• Return Handling & Disposal Fee: Any permitted return is subject to a 15% return handling and disposal fee deducted from the final refund amount.

• Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping arrangements.

• Damaged or Defective Items: Items received damaged or defective are eligible for full review for replacement or refund without penalty.  (Please provide photo of damaged item and package)
