Order Fulfillment 


We ship orders from Monday to Friday and strive to process your order as quickly as possible, typically within two to three (2-3) business days. However, in some instances, it may take up to four business days to fulfill your order. Please note that during holidays and sales, shipping times may be extended, even though we work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

Occasionally, certain products may go out of stock due to high demand before our inventory is updated. This could lead to a delay in shipping either that specific item or your entire order. If this occurs, we will inform you promptly.

Shipments are prepared in the order they are received. However, if you select an expedited shipping option, we will make every effort to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment for the additional shipping fees.

Sampler Pack Order Fulfillment


If a fragrance in a sampler pack is backordered or no longer available on our site, we reserve the right to either replace the sample with a similar fragrance or issue a refund for the missing item.

**Important Note:** If a fragrance is not listed on our site and is only included in the sampler pack, it may be unavailable. Therefore, we advise against ordering a sampler pack if your preferred fragrance is not visible on the site.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order with The Perfumed Court, you will receive a confirmation email. Additionally, you can log into your account at any time to view your order details and its status.

Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds

We assure you that every hand-decanted perfume we provide is authentic and in its original form. We NEVER sell counterfeit or diluted products. Our team meticulously decants each fragrance directly from the original manufacturer's bottle. While we guarantee the authenticity of our products, we cannot promise that you will love the fragrance, as personal preferences vary. Please note that due to the nature of perfumes, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds; however, we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability.

All sales are final.

We kindly ask that you inspect your package thoroughly upon arrival. If you encounter any issues with your order, please take clear photos of the packaging, the bottles and the invoice (if possible). To be eligible for a possible replacement, you must notify us of any problems within five days of receiving your order.

We take great care in packaging each order, but in the rare event that an issue arises, please send us a photo of the affected item along with your contact details. Wait for our response before taking further action, as we may need additional information or clearer photos. If an insurance claim is necessary, we will require clear images for the claim process. In some cases, we may ask you to return the bottle or sample along with the packing materials (we will cover the shipping cost). Once we receive the returned items, we may send a replacement at our discretion. Please note that we cannot replace a sample without receiving the requested photos and/or the returned item.

Payment Information

All orders must be paid in full before they can be processed.

Identification Request

If there are any concerns regarding the payment method, we may request identification. This may also apply to first-time customers purchasing a large quantity or if the shipping address differs from the billing address.

Shipping Information

You will receive a shipping notification once a shipping label is generated. This occurs after your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch. Typically, your package will be shipped within 1-2 days of the label being printed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order, including payment and shipping details, at any time by logging into your account.

We can only ship to your billing address until you have been an established customer for at least three months, with some exceptions. Any requests to ship to a different address must be approved in advance. Additionally, for orders shipped to a P.O. Box, we may require a physical address.

All U.S. orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Please note that USPS does not provide real-time tracking for most packages. Tracking information will be updated once the package arrives at its destination or a nearby postal sorting facility. 

For international orders, a customs form number will be provided; however, this is not a tracking number and only offers information until the package leaves the U.S. If the package is held at customs, the USPS website may provide relevant updates.

International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with their shipment. We are not liable for any packages that are seized or confiscated by customs. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the laws and regulations of your country regarding the importation of perfumes.

If you prefer to minimize the risk of seizure, you can request a shipping quote via UPS or Federal Express. Please note that these services may also collect taxes and fees upon delivery, which will be the customer's responsibility.

Privacy Policy Statement

At The Perfumed Court, we respect your privacy and take precautions to protect your personal and financial information. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We may use your contact information to send you updates on special promotions and events. You can opt out of these notifications at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in our newsletters.

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with any third parties.
