Armani Prive Ambre Soie Reviews
Fragrantica - I fell in love with this last year, i adore the strong anise, amber, clove, cinnamon and patchouli,
Fragrantica - The warm spicy opening is wonderful; a juxtaposition of ginger, clove, and what seems like a cinnamon-nutmeg cross. A bit later, a clear anis note comes forward then blends with the spices. As the dry-down continues, the amber note comes to the fore, while the spices still linger.
Fragrantica - My male pal bought this recently, but I think it's pretty much unisex depending on your taste. It's a slightly smoky amber, very slightly sweet though not obviously so. The hint of spices is lovely, the patchouli is subtle too, you can't particularly pick out the notes as it's very well blended. Quite classy and elegant, I'd say it's verging on niche style, intriguing and different but not challenging. It's quite distinct and persistent though, and I'd say best suited to evening
Fragrantica - Love this fragrance its warm, dark and spicy. very well done, you can smell the quality of the ingredients, just brilliant. its a light ginger, amber scent with a mix of dark earthy spices.
Fragrantica - this is sooooo good. its got almost a metallic smell in the top. I absolutely loved it.
Fragrantica - This is, perhaps, one of the best scents on the market today. Christine Nagel is one of the most talented perfumers around and she had has proven that she can do everything from an orangey, musky, well-balanced floral (Narcisso Rodgriguez for Her) to a mouth-watering, yummy-while-still-sexy gourmand (Charnel Elixir Gourmand Coquin), and to my nose, Ambre Soie is her version of the most wearable oriental, the amber accord at its best.
Fragrantica - What an amber;)Next masterpiece created by Christine Nagel. Pure beauty:seductive, dark, mysterious.Peppery notes mixed with patchouli and cloves makes your skin warm. AS isn`t anyway sharp or overpowering. Semi sweet chocolate tones are also present in the heart but it`s probably an impression coming from patchouli. The effect is similar like in Chanel`s Coromandel. Scent itself is spicy, next balsamic and stays woody in the end, darkening every minute. Also dense and enveloping, but staying power is moderate. As well as sillage. Unisex.
