This is for the original Apple Brandy which is now discontinued. A new version was released in 2021 called Apple brandy on the Rocks. The new release is unfortunately a far cry from the rich original - Once we sell out of the original we will not be able to procur anymore. :(
By Kilian Apple Brandy is exclusive to the New York City Kilian boutique, launched in late 2013. Created by Sidonie Lancesseur, Brand founder Kilian Hennessy calls Apple Brandy a "bit of a wink to the Big Apple and cognac".
Apple Brandy is an oriental Woody fragrance for women and men with notes of apple, rum, plum, sugar, oak, labdanum, ambroxan, cedar and vanilla. An intriguing fragrance that carries off the apple brandy smell, but adds a cunning plum note to it that makes it something more. Perfect for fans of boozy fragrances.
Review of By Kilian Apple Brandy
Kafkasque - "Apple Brandy opens on my skin with a tsunami of pure, hard alcohol. I absolutely adore boozy notes, but Apple Brandy takes it to a whole new extreme and level, to the point where I actually said, "Whoaa....." out loud. For an instant, the opening note is of apple - tart, crisp, and tangy like a Fuji - but it is almost immediately covered with cognac. The liqueur is sweetened with an extremely nutty, toffee'd undertone, and has traces of oak and a thick amber as well. It's nice, but, my God, is there a lot of it! It's intense, almost to the point of rawness, and beyond any "booziness" that I've previously encountered."

In my top 3. I won't live without it. It smells like Apple Brandy & Wood. it's a 4-alarm fire in a bottle
Simply marvelous. On first sniff, it jumped into my top 5 of all time. On second wear, my top 3. 3rd wear it is now my second favorite frag only behind Tobacco Vanille and I can see it overtaking the top spot despite it being much less versatile. 10/10. Edit 5/9/21: my favorite fragrance, period.
I love it so much. I'm a big fan of fruity warm scents, they're easy to wear all year round and most people enjoy them without finding them headache-inducing! It really does smell exactly as the name suggests and I mix mine with by the fireplace for a warmer, cozier vibe! Delicious, deep, and fun!
This scent is more apple brandy barrel than actual apple brandy. The oak and sweet resin are big players that really dominate most of the odor profile. The vanilla and cedar really take a backseat to create that pseudo-boozy baked apple note, ever present yet playing second fiddle. But the oak is there in the open, it's heaviest in the mid, and it's still hanging around in the dry down. That's not a knock on the fragrance at all, as it still plays out wonderfully. It's a bit linear in that it doesn't stray from it's name, but that's its strength. Very rich, very high quality, and expertly crafted.
Absolutely incredible. I get more compliments when I wear this then any of other 100 Niche fragrances. An absolute masterpiece. Very expensive and hard to get so you will stand out as the only one wearing it. Get a second job and buy this, there is nothing like it.
Wow. What a gorgeous smell. One of the best compliments I got was when I wore this perfume. It smells really relaxing, sweet and delicious. It reminds me of some vanilla cognac. It could smell stronger and last longer for the high price you pay. I love this scent. Sexy on a man, gorgeous on a woman.
This is so delicious.. boozy but in a slight gourmand way. Warm and addicting fragrance. Performance is outstanding. My second favourite Kilian after Straight to Heaven
Oh man, that opening! The brandy note is so realistic! How the heck did they do that??? This boozy bomb goes from freshly poured brandy, to aged whisky barrel, to dry whisky cellar. A relatively simple fragrance with accords that were magnificently well done.
If Single Malt is wearing a three piece suit to the black tie event then this is the after party. No apple note but blended to create the accord. One of the most unique scents today. This is perfection to me. Arms length, 8 hour longevity with whiffs after too. A fucking masterpiece. Not a word I use often. Do not wear this to an AA meeting.
