Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds
While we guarantee that your fragrance is authentic, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Each fragrance is hand-decanted from the manufacturer's original bottle as we fulfill your order. Once a shipping label has been printed and the decanting process has begun, we cannot make any changes to your order. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic items, all sales are final; we cannot accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds.
We kindly ask that you inspect your package thoroughly upon receipt. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within five days of receipt to be eligible for a possible replacement.
All purchases are carefully wrapped. In the unlikely event of an order problem, please take a clear photo of the sample and packaging, and contact us with the photo and your details. Please wait for our response before proceeding with your sample, as we may require additional information or clearer photos. If an insurance claim is necessary, we will need clear photos for the claim.
We may ask you to return the bottle or sample in question, along with the packing materials (at our expense). Upon receipt of these items, we may send a replacement at our discretion. Please note that we will not replace a sample without receiving the requested photos and/or the sample being returned to us.
