Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds

We guarantee each and every hand-decanted perfume is authentic and unadulterated in any way. We NEVER sell fakes or diluted products. We hand-decant each fragrance as we fill an order directly from the manufacturer’s original bottle.

While we can guarantee that your fragrance is authentic, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds.

All sales are final.

We ask that you please inspect your package thoroughly upon receipt. If there are any problems, please snap clear photos of the packaging and bottles. You must notify us of any problem with your order within five (5) days of receiptto be eligible for possible replacement.

All purchases are carefully wrapped. In the unlikely event that there are any order problems, please snap a clear photo of the sample and contact us with the photo and your contact information. Please wait for us to respond prior to proceeding with your sample, as we may need more information or clearer photos.

If an insurance claim is necessary, we must have clear photos for the claim. We may ask you to return the bottle or sample in question and packing materials (at our expense). Upon receipt of these items, we may send a replacement at our discretion.

Please note that we will not replace a sample without receipt of photos and/or the sample being returned to us (if requested).

Payment Information

All orders must be paid in full within seven (7) days of the order being placed. If your order is not paid for within 7 days, the order will be cancelled. If you still wish to obtain your order, you will need to place the order again.

Identification Request

Identification will be requested if there are any flags on the payment used.

ID may be requested if:

You are a first-time customer purchasing a large amount
You are shipping to an address other than your billing address

Shipping Information

A shipping notification is generated when a shipping label is printed. This is done prior to decanting the samples. We cannot make any order changes after a shipping label has been printed and the decanting process has started.

Your package will generally be in the mail within 1–2 days of a shipping label being printed. You will receive an email letting you know that your order is being shipped. The cost of your order will be listed on your shipping confirmation email for reference only and does not indicate that you have been charged again.

You may log into your account at any time to view the status (including payment and shipping status) of all orders.

If you receive a shipping notice over the weekend, your package will be mailed the next day that the Post Office is open.

We can only ship to your billing address until you have been an established customer for a minimum of six (6) months. Shipping to any address other than your billing address must be approved.

We reserve the right to request a physical address for orders shipped to a P.O. Box.

Each U.S. order is shipped with delivery confirmation. This is not a tracking number, as USPS does not offer real-time tracking information. It is typical for the USPS website to show no information until the package reaches its destination or a postal sorting facility.

The delivery confirmation number is helpful in showing that a package has been delivered, mis-delivered, or returned to sender.

International orders will show a customs form number. This is also not a tracking number and will only provide information until the package leaves the United States. If a package is held at customs, USPS may reflect that status on its website.

International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any issues associated with customs regulations, customs duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for seized packages or confiscated products by your country.

Please be aware of your country’s laws and policies regarding the receipt of perfume.

If you wish to have your items shipped via UPS or Federal Express to reduce the likelihood of seizure, please request a quote. These shipping methods are usually significantly more expensive.

UPS and FedEx may collect any taxes or fees owed upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy Policy Statement

We at The Perfumed Court respect your privacy and take care to safeguard your personal and financial information. All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

To provide you with the latest news about our site and products, your contact information may be used to notify you of Perfumed Court special promotions and events. You may opt out of receiving these communications by using the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.

The Perfumed Court does not sell, rent, or share your contact information with any third party.

Information Collection & Use

To better serve our customers, we collect information voluntarily provided when you register on our site. This information is used to notify customers about website updates, products, promotions, or events.
