Cirque du Soleil L'eau de Parfum created by Alexis Grugeon, is a fruity floral gourmand fragrance, launched in 2024. It is an Eau de Parfum, EdP.
Notes: cotton candy, red apple, bergamot, butter, popcorn, freesia, iris petals, caramel, vanilla bean, amber and sandalwood.
From the brand - "Like Cirque du Soleil's elaborate stage shows, L'eau de Parfum by Cirque du Soleil offers a journey that elevates classic olfactory notes to dazzling new heights, weaving a delicate synthesis of bergamot, red apple, and cotton candy, iris and freesia, buttery popcorn, and warm sandalwood, vanilla bean, and caramelized amber. The glass bottle is crowned with an Art Deco tiered top and a ridged gold stopper featuring a large sun rising above the moon, paying homage to the 'circus of the sun.'"
Reviews of Cirque du Soleil L'eau de Parfum
Fragrantica - "Omg can we curse on here? I'm so bad at reviews, but this is F****** sensational. On my skin, it's a lot of caramel and butter, but I do get a tiny bit of cotton candy and apple occasionally too. LOOOOVE."
Fragrantica - "I had a decant and then immediately bought the full size ! To my nose it opens up smelling like a fruit loops bowl a cereal (warm and a little frothy) it's delicious! Then it goes to like a whisper of kettle corn with caramel apple, COTTON CANDY, and like an almost lemony Creme going on !! ITS DIVINE !!! It's all PERFECTLY AND I MEAN PERFECTLY BLENDED. Also I HATE the note of popcorn and I LOVE LOOOOOVE, lovvveeee this! 10/10 it's a masterpiece"
Fragrantica - "This is really pretty and delicious. I can smell all of the notes from the initial spray to the dry down. This is a carnival in a bottle. This lasts about 4-5 hours on my skin, and has moderate projection. This is not a beast mode fragrance."
Fragrantica - "Absolute perfection! What an opening! Candy apples and popcorn melt into a warm gourmand. I was skeptical about the longevity and honey nothing to worry about here! "
Fragrantica - "The opening seems to be just for kicks and giggles. L'eau de Parfum dries down to a gorgeous caramelized spun sugar in the most non-juvenile way possible. I almost skipped this one because I found the circus theme to be immature and cheesy, but I'm so happy with this purchase. Compliments galore too - men seem to really love this!"
