The heliotrope here is not bombastic at all-- (I'm not getting any of the sickening candy quality I associate with the scent of the flower in person), and it plays nice with other florals and the resins really settle the whole thing down to a marvelous production....I LOVE it. Love. The result is a creamy concoction that is a burnished, rich presence all day long. Good longevity. I think this could work equally well on a confident man or woman. Actually, I could eat a man alive who was wearing this. Yum.... one small spritz imparts a symphony of beauty that I enjoy all day long. By a long shot, this is my favorite so far from Initio Parfums."

Fragrantica - "Mystery in a bottle!!  This is dark, deep, mysterious, sexy scent.  You want to smell it to understand it, but as it's almost impossible, you come back for more, and more, until you become obsessed....the scent itself is simply a masterpiece. If i saw notes first I would never reach out for it. It seems to be too simple, but it's far away from it."

I would expect almond, benzoin, vanilla, certainly not heliotrope and ylang.... it's one of the best fragrances I have ever had the opportunity to come across.  Easily unisex. In warmer weather it leans more masculine on me and it definitely needs a light hand when applying. In colder temperatures it is simply outstanding.  Beast mode longevity and sillage.  It's not that you get just whiffs of the scent now and then; you are enveloped in a velvety scent cloud for the rest of the day. A true experience of a perfume."

Fragrantica - "I was getting these fluffy wafts of sweet, but very soft wonderful slightly spiced, almond floral clouds of gorgeousness. I just want to share this was the Psychedelic love! On me, it does project moderately, but lasts forever on my skin as a skin scent. It is really beautiful, one of those scents I wear for me, but be aware.....the hedione does work! It attracts a lot of attention, and makes me feel very pretty and confident. Try it if you like warm, comforting, slightly woody and creamy florals.... Wow!"

Myrrh is very prominent to me and I honestly would not have even guessed it has so many floral notes to it had I just blind smelled it. It does have something nutty and sweet about it, and a vanillic type of tone too. I think it's pretty interesting how such a result can be achieved with these notes! This is gorgeous, a 10/10 and a tough competitor to Rehab as to which one is the best Initio fragrance."
