Elie Saab Girl of Now EdP

Girl of Now by Elie Saab for women launched in 2017 and was created by Dominique Ropion and Sophie Labbe. Girl For Now is an Amber Floral fragrance with Top notes of Pistachio, Pear and Mandarin Orange; middle notes: Almond, Orange Blossom and Magnolia; base notes: Almond Milk, Tonka Bean, Cashmeran and Patchouli.

Fragrantica - Glorious almond pistachio. Love at first sniff. Unlike any other perfume I have smelled. You have to like sweet perfumes to enjoy this. Signature scent/all age worthy with good longevity but fairly intimate sillage after initial glorious blast. Back up bottle worthy.

Fragrantica - I love this perfume! The notes I mainly smell are pear and almond milk. I thought there was vanilla in this perfume but there isn't any. It is very strong and should only be worn in the colder months. Definitely a successful blind buy. Looking forward to wearing it in the winter.

Fragrantica - Warm almond cookies right out of the oven!  Those cookies have a good dose of vanilla and some pistachios on top served with almond milk LOVELY.  GoN opens with a glorious almond smell, intensely sweet and vanillic but I don't find it cloying, given I use 3-4 sprays only (a third of my usual) and use it mainly in autumn and winter, as it can be overwhelming in warmer weather.  The orange blossom lends airiness to the heart, by which time, the sweetness has been toned down a notch and more creamy aspects start to appear. Tonka and patchouli provide some depth to the base, but almond remains the protagonist all through.  A gourmand and almond aficionados' dream

Fragrantica - I love this perfume to me it smells like a almond cookie just from the bakery, but in a soft way. This perfume makes me happy and settled in relax way. Nothing crazy about this perfume just comforting like walking into your moms home after she's been baking all day. My husband also likes this perfume.

Fragrantica - It smells of several things at the same time:  -Amaretto with orange liqueur - Pistachio ice cream with amaretto - Pistachio macaroon - I can smell the pistachio in here, but predominantly very boozy almonds and orange. Love it.

Fragrantica - I love this. It smells sweet out the bottle but once it's on the skin it smells like burnt pistachio and almonds. It's the only fragrance I've ever smelled that smells "burnt" without smelling like smoke or a campfire. It's really unique. You get that orange Blossom a lot but its really grounded with the almond. It's beautiful. It's really not synthetic at all. In my opinion it's one fragrance that I believe does a really super realistic pistachio.
