Penhaligon's Solaris

Solaris by Penhaligon's is a Unisex Amber Floral fragrance launched in 2023.  The nose behind this fragrance is Alienor Massenet. Notes of Neroli, Lemon, Black Currant; Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine, Tiare Flower; Sandalwood, Cedarwood and Vanilla.

Fragrantica - this is a perfect summer perfume. It isn't your generic white floral. It ever so slightly reminds me of Bobbi Brown's Beach and Soleil Blanc, but it's more sophisticated. Mostly this reminds me of a flower shop, the cold air from opening one of the refrigerators mingling with the warm air from the open door on a bright summer day.

Fragrantica - THIS IS THE PERFECT SUMMER PERFUME! It starts off with citrusy sour fruity scent and quickly develops into warm floral kinda smells like expensive sunscreen (in a good way). So this is something that you would wanna wear to the beach or summer vacation to tropical countries. It kinda reminds me with tom ford soleil blanc but this one is more sweet and floral, soleil blanc is not sweet and is unisex.

Fragrantica - Solaris is a beautiful floral-fruity fragrance, with no tuberose at all, but a juice ylang-ylang with a bright tiare + neroli combo and a salty vanilla dry down.  More feminine indeed, but way more luminous than Terracotta, for instance.  I really liked it!

Fragrantica - Warm citrus with a soft suncream scent. I love this smell. I find it's very nostalgic, reminding me of some bath oils I had when I was a child.  It opens with a suncream smell that dries down to a more citrus-y vanilla. Lasts around 6 hours on me. Cosy, summer-y, and comfortable. I would recommend :)

Fragrantica - Solaris; it's pretty delicate and lovely. The perfume is mild and creamy, with a slight sunscreen scent. This is a lovely white floral that, in my opinion, can be worn at any time of year. I love to layer white florals with Delina body oil for an alluring, sensual scent.

Fragrantica - My go-to summer fragrance. It gives a hint but doesn't overdo anything: not too much sunscreen, not too much white floral, not too much vanilla... just right! 

Fragrantica - i became obsessed with this one when i sampled it at the airport! i love how the black currant comes through as its one of my favorite fruits and scents, and this perfume reminds me so much of walking through a berry garden- a very natural scent- not in the way of skin but in the way of nature ♡ i bought it immediately

Fragrantica - This was an instant love for me--it smells like warmth and sunshine and happiness. It opens warm and bright, in a sun-drenched orchard with showers of white florals, with a little soapy freshness from the neroli, then progresses into the sweetly rich indolic tiare flower, which--full disclosure--is a note that totally agrees with my skin, very "my skin but better."
