Fragrantica - Liis really nailed the "ethereal gourmand" concept with Choux Choux. I'm not usually a gourmand fan but this one has just the right amount of sweetness and airiness. The opening can be a little sharp, but the drydown is so soft, warm and cozy. I love spraying it on my hair and catching subtle whiffs of it throughout the next few days - it's HEAVENLY. Longevity is really good especially for a Liis fragrance; it lasts 10 hours on me. My favorite scent from the house, and one of my favorite gourmands!
Fragrantica - Usually I don't love gourmands or sweet fragrances, but this is just the right balance and honestly does smell like a photorealistic cream puff. On me the cocoa and mocha come out in the dry down which I am super into.
Hypebae - "The fragrance itself is a true gourmand and will appeal to those who love a near candied scent. At first spray, the top notes are a flash of tender citrus peel and fresh cream. At its heart, the fragrance has warm notes of vanilla bean, fleur de sel and caramel. They sit on base notes of sandalwood, cocoa and mocha. The combination really is all-encompassing and effortlessly recreates that feeling of walking into a bakery."
