This opens with a bright and fresh lime and quickly after follows the creamy and authentic scent of coconut. The scent slowly develops and the ginger and flower notes appear. Overall I really enjoy this "vacation in a bottle" because it isn't plasticky or fake like many coconut/ island smell perfumes tend to turn out. This is slightly sweet but not overwhelmingly so, kind of creamy as well. If I close my eyes and smell this I swear I was in a big sailboat sailing around the Caribbean sea catching the smells of the gorgeous native plants from all around. It is great on me, a woman, but I can imagine it smelling just as interesting on a man's skin. Silage is kind of quiet but so much that it isn't noticeable and the staying power is about 3.5 hrs until it really starts to disappear. I'm so glad I finally was able to try a sample! 4 stars only due to the ok lasting power.
