Fragrantica - t's creamy, it's vanilla, it's pistachio, it's cardamom... it's Kulfi!! This perfume is an elegant interpretation of a delicious dessert, which in turn makes it a true delight!!
Don't get the leather, suede, woods or flowers... but the vanilla, tonka, kulfi, amber and cardamom are very present and lusciously blended... this perfume is a powdery aromatic and sumptuous gourmand fragrance.
Fragrantica - Tom Ford Noir Extreme Parfum is out of this world! The perfumer kept the same beautiful, Classy, and seductive DNA with a little more leathery and spicy nuance. The Kulfi note which I love combined with the Bulgarian rose, suede, and tonka bean makes this perfume a seductive gourmand experience. I love the original and I love the Parfum version even more! One of the best flankers of any perfume on the market.
Fragrantica - I like this better than the original! I think the original (Noir Extreme) is nice - a nuanced mix of sweet, spicy, woody, powdery, and floral, with a gourmand-like tilt. I could say the same about this, but I also feel like this one smells more "sexy and suave." It's less gourmand-y than the original, and smokier/more leathery.
Fragrantica - Amazing smell, better than the original. Less sweet, more Smokey, high end. Same vibe as Tobacco Vanille and Oud Wood. Could easily be on the Private Collection
Fragrantica - This fragrance is stunning. Wasn't expecting that at all. Easily one of the best Tom Ford releases in recent times. To my nose this is suitably different and certainly a lot better than the original, which I wasn't a fan of. It was intensely ambery and sweet. (So not sure why people are saying this is virtually the same as the original) It's clearly not?? Just because there's an amber note in the dry down. Other than that, the opening of this is completely different. It reminds me a lot of the now discontinued Tom ford anthracite but a lot classier. And if you look at tom ford's description in store, it mentions that this is now intensified with dark woods and spice. So thats about right. There is agar woods, leather and essence of some oud in here. Very sophisticated middle eastern vibe going on. Amazed this has not been put in the private blend.
Fragrantica - A much-improved version of the original, it dries down to smoky Vanillic sandalwood with the Indian/Shimoga ginger in the background, the original is more Cinnamalic and ambery. Lasting power is great, 14 hours on my skin.
Fragrantica - I ACTUALLY didn't care for the regular extreme version very much But it always got me compliments. This to me is glorious... If you like the extreme you'd go crazy for this as I find this so much sexier. It has a More ginger and a great Leather in the Back that really makes this more Masculine and sexy to me. In my opinion the best part of this is the Kulfi and its elevated in this. The longevity and poof with this are awesome. If your a Tom Ford Lover like me This is a must have!!
Fragrantica - Just like with Black Orchid Parfum this stuff is magical.... It's smooth, sexy, alluring and adds to the original Noir Extreme by dirtying it up a bit and putting a touch of complexity. ...My lady groaned with excitement when she sniffed this on me. She would wear it herself she said it's that good. This woman is picky and I'm sure a lot of you know exactly where I'm coming from. The fact that she approves just as she did with Black Orchid Parfum tells me in tandem with my opinion, Tom Ford knows what they're doing.... Happy to own both and excited that I've built up a nice new fall/winter arsenal.
Fragrantica - As you'd expect from Tom Ford, this is beautiful perfumery, and so well blended that you don't really detect individual notes, just a lovely mix. To me, this opens very feminine, with rose, white flowers, and a bit of spice. It's sweet throughout, but as it dries down, it becomes darker, more chocolate, smokier, and woodier.
Fragrantica - Little drier, smoker than the original, "Dustier" if that's a word, not as gourmandy as the NE EDP but still holding up a simplistic yet eligant persona. This one is milder yet consistently longer lasting. I have both in my collection, so decided to keep this for cooler months. EDP I think would be more versatile.
Fragrantica - I like this one. But as most reviews say, it's very similar to the OG. The average person may not notice the small differences but fragheads will notice a richer, smoother and slightly darker version of the OG.
