International Shipping The Perfumed Court will ship to all countries except Syria, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Italy, North Korea and Mexico. Customs, duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Fulfillment Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually within three (3) business days after it is placed, although in some cases we may need up to five business days to fulfill your order. Because there are three vendors in The Perfumed Court, you might receive up to three packages (depending on what you ordered) and possibly on different days.
Order Confirmation Once your order is placed with The Perfumed Court, you will receive an order confirmation.
Shipping Information
We will send you an email letting you know that your order has shipped. If you have multiple packages, you will get the notice once your last package has been mailed. You can also log into your account at any time and see the shipping status of all of your orders. (Please note that if you receive a shipping notice over the weekend, it means that your package will be going into the mail the next day that the Post Office is open.)
We can only ship to your billing address until you have been a customer for a minimum of six months. Shipping to any address other than your billing address must be approved.
A Word About Delivery Confirmation Numbers Each U.S. order is shipped with delivery confirmation. This is not a "tracking number," as the USPS does not offer real-time tracking information. It is typical that the USPS website will have no information on the package until the package either reaches its destination or reaches the nearest postal sorting facility. The d/c number is helpful, however, in showing if a package has been mis-delivered or returned to sender. (International orders will show the customs form number. Again, this is not a tracking number. However, if a package is held at customs, the USPS may show that information on its website.)
Returns, Exchanges, Replacements or Refunds While we can guarantee that your fragrance is authentic, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges nor issue refunds.
All purchases are carefully wrapped. In the unlikely event a bottle breaks or leaks in transit, please contact us. We may ask you to return the damaged bottle and packing materials (at our expense). Upon receipt of these items, we will send a replacement.
We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt. Please notify us of any problem within five days of receipt.
Shipping charges include delivery confirmation and insurance. Please contact us if you believe your package has gone astray and we will do our best to track it. A replacement will be sent if it is determined that the package is lost at customerservice@theperfumedcourt.com |
