Fleur Excellente is a special limited edition eau de parfum available only for VIP customers of the Shiseido Customer Club in Japan. This particular fragrance was the Club fragrance for 1998. I tried several samples from Shiseido, and felt that this one, while nice, did not make a distinct impression. I suppose I remain indifferent to it, admittedly not the ideal response to a fragrance.
