Created in 1944 and relaunched in 1999, Bandit is a classic chypre floral scent that appeals to most everyone. A deep woody, leathery scent with notes of orange, tuberose, jasmine, rose, leather, and woods. Bandit is an eau de toilette, edt, and was created by Germaine Cellier.

If you like leather,this is the classic at the top of the food chain. Chanel's Cuir de Russie has the merest flick of leather buried under it's Chanelness, whereas Bandit's leather is upfront and assertive. On me, it starts out like a gunshot, and then blends seamlessly with the rich florals and woods for a compelling scent unlike any other. Not a granny perfume - it is a luxurious fragrance that has "not as innocent as she looks" stamped all over it. I wear it to ground me on crazy days. So far, no complaints from the office. Try it for something different - you will either love it or hate it.
