All my life I have been leery of Guerlain fragrances because the two I had tested (Shalimar and Jicky) smelled, to me, cloyingly sweet. But I see I have been mistaken about Guerlain, for after trying the unsettling but lovely L'Heure Bleue and now Mitsouko, it is clear that they have a wide range of scents that can appeal to a wide range of women. This particular scent is very ladylike, but not at all prim, floral, but with a faint trail of spice. It did not last very long on me, but while it lasted, it smelled just scrumptious.
