Has my product shipped:
If your question is regarding shipping of product You can log back into your account and click on "your account" at the top of the homepage. This will give you your order history and access to your order detail. This will show you your delivery confirmation numbers and how many packages you should receive on each order.
Wondering where your package is:
My tracking number is only showing that "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on . . ."
These US Postal Service delivery confirmation numbers are obtained when we purchase the postage electronically in prep to ship your packages. Your package will ship that same day or the next depending on if it is completed in time for the post that day. The USPS may scan at the city of origin, but rarely. The only scan required is at delivery. Your track update will remain that they have been notified until the package is scanned along the journey, very likely only at delivery but often when it reaches a sorting center near you. Keep in mind, this is not a tracking system like FedEx or UPS. We can't give you any more information than the USPS is showing. We allow 3 weeks for domestic delivery, so nothing can be done until that time frame has passed for a lost or non-delivered package. Thanks!
International packages: The shipping notification you receive lets you know your package is being shipped. It will ship the day the notice is received or the next day. Normal delivery for international packages is 10 days to 2 weeks, but some countries and delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Unless we ship a much more expensive method, your package status will not change, these are custom declaration numbers. One delivery status may show "No Record of this item" That is a glitch in the software with the Postal service with that shipper, but the postage has been purchased for your package and shipping complete when that notice is associated with your order.
Why did I not get all my product in one package?
You can read about us in "about us" on the yellow banner near the top of the page. We are three women in business together on one website and any order can have one, two or all three of us shipping. The number of different delivery confirmation numbers on your order will let you know how many packages to expect.
If your question is regarding an existing order, please include your order number.
Business hours are Monday thru Friday - 8am through 5pm Central Standard Time. Customer Service is closed on major Holidays.
Communication received over the weekend and on Holidays will be answered as quickly as possible during normal business hours.
